The Program Committee is scheduled to meet over the dates given below. The types of submissions to be reviewed at each meeting are listed under the relevant date.
APRIL 14, 2012
- At-Large and Committee Panels
- Seminars
- Workshops
- Joint AIA-APA Sessions
- Roundtable Discussion Sessions
- Organizer-Refereed Proposals and Panels
- Affiliated Group Proposals and Panels
By early May 2012, the APA Office will transmit Program Committee decisions via email to organizers of all submitted proposals. Emails sent to organizers of accepted proposals will describe the organizer's role in the preparation of material for the program and abstract books, enforcement of the membership and single-appearance policies, and management of the session itself. APA Staff can provide additional details about these responsibilities at any time.
Please Note: The Program Committee considers at-large and committee panel submissions at its April meeting so that members who have provided abstracts for panels that are unsuccessful may submit Individual Abstracts for consideration at the Committee's June meeting.
